• No.3 Sail Loft is available all year round. During peak season, we take bookings for a minimum of 7 nights and charge a weekly rate. Additional nights will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

• Off-peak, we are happy to accommodate short stays of 3 nights or more, charged at £150 per night. We also offer an off-peak weekly rate.

• We welcome longer lets/executive lets in our quieter seasons. Please get in touch to discuss.

• We offer a 15% discount on bookings of 2 weeks or more.

• For returning guests we are offering a 10% loyalty discount.

• A deposit is required at time of booking and payment-in-full six weeks prior to arrival.

• We recommend you take out travel insurance in the event of having to cancel your holiday.​
